Ingredients
  • 2 Cups - Organic Plain Rolled Oats
  • 3 - Ripe Banana's, the ripper the better
  • 1 Cup - Organic Almond Milk, cold pressed is best
  • 1 Cup - Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
What To Do
  1. Combine in a stainless steel bowl the rolled oats and almond milk, and allow oats to soak for 5 mins
  2. While oats are soaking, mash your banana's in a seperate bowl
  3. Once the oats have absourbed much of the almond milk, combine banana's with oats and then slowly stir in the coconut oil.
